Induction Candidates
Graduate-level professional development units/semester credits are available for RCOE/Center for Teacher Innovation (CTI) Induction Candidates and Reflective Coaches who have completed the CTI Induction Program requirements for the year(s) enrolled.
Proof of completion is not required; CTI induction will verify completion.

| RCOE/CTI is currently verifying induction completion for the following academic years: 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. |
Earn 4 or 8 units/credits per year
About these units/credits:
- The units/credits we provide are graduate-level professional development semester units/credits that are designed for salary advancement and/or to renew credentials. These units/credits are not applicable toward a Master’s or higher degree within the University of the Pacific.
- Courses4Teachers Inc. partners with the University of the Pacific. They are accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
- These courses are accepted by districts throughout the United States. It is your responsibility to confirm with your district whether these units/credits are approved.
- Coaches are only eligible to register for units for up to 3 years.
- These units/credits are nonrefundable.
Registration Process:
When registering, all candidates must use the academic year that they participated and completed Teacher Induction. For example, if you start the program in 2024 and complete it in 2025, your academic year would be 2024-2025. You may earn units/credits for the recent completion year and backdate up to 4 program years.

1. Select the course titles from the lists below.
*Our course titles have been approved by the University of the Pacific and RCOE to be reflected on your official transcript. You may not register for the same course title twice.
3. Submit your payment. These units/credits are nonrefundable.
