Graduate-Level Professional Development Units/Credits for SIATech, Inc. Candidates and Mentor Support Providers in Teacher Induction Training 

You may receive 8 units of graduate-level professional development semester units/credits, at a great discount, from the University of the Pacific for each year you completed Teacher Induction Training or worked as a Mentor Support Provider.

Earn 8 Graduate-Level Professional Development Semester Credits Per Year for only $400!

Therefore, upon completion of two years of Induction Training you may earn a total of 16 total units of graduate-level professional development semester units/credits for only $800!

Your district has given permission for you to earn credit for both the current academic year as well as the past academic year for your participation in Teacher Induction, provided of course that you have not earned credit for such previously.

Please note that it can take up to 6 – 8 weeks, from the time you have been graded, to receive your Unofficial Transcript and order your Official Transcript should you need one.

About these credits:
These University of the Pacific graduate-level professional development semester units/credits are designed for salary advancement and to renew credentials. They are not designed to be applied towards attainment of an advanced degree with the University of the Pacific. The University of the Pacific is accredited with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. These courses are accepted by districts in the U.S. Courses4Teachers, LLC / University of the Pacific takes great pride in the quality of education and service they provide. They are dedicated to helping teachers earn credit for all the extra work they do.

When to Register for Credit:
Register as soon as you complete the teacher induction year. SIATech, Inc. has given permission for you to earn credit for last year’s participation in Teacher Induction, provided you have not previously earned credit from another university.

To Register we will need:
1. Registration form and payment.
2. Teacher Induction completion email from Alex Sousa, SIATech, Inc. Induction Assistant.
There is a spot on this new form to attach your Teacher Induction Completion information.
Proof of Completion, if required (File types allowed: pdf, jpg, png, bmp, xls, xlsx)
You will need to save the email as a PDF, JPG etc (NO .doc or .docx) to your desktop before trying to attach it. (We need this proof of completion before we may process your registration.)

For Year 2 you may register for these two courses:
PEDU 9249, “BTSA / Teacher Induction III” for 4 graduate-level professional development semester units
PEDU 9250, “BTSA / Teacher Induction IV” for 4 graduate-level professional development semester units

Course Titles for Mentor Support Providers:
For Year 1 you may register for these two courses:
PEDU 9282 Mentor Standards I, for 4 graduate-level professional development semester units
PEDU 9283 Mentor Standards II, for 4 graduate-level professional development semester units

For Year 2 you may register for these two courses
PEDU 9284 Mentor Standards III, for 4 graduate-level professional development semester units
PEDU 9285 Mentor Standards IV, for 4 graduate-level professional development semester units

Once we receive your registration and proof of completion, we will email you a registration confirmation. Your payment will be processed in about 2 – 3 weeks by the University of the Pacific.

Transcript Information:
Your district will likely require an Official Transcript. Please note it can take up to 6 – 8 weeks to receive your Unofficial Transcript in the mail. This is your cue to go online and order an Official Transcript should you need one.

If you need your Official Transcript quicklyOnce you see your payment has cleared with your bank, you may email our Courses4Teachers office with a request to post your grade(s) quickly. We will post your grade(s) as quickly as possible and email you to let you know when you are safe order your Official Transcript.
